Registration Desk

The registration desk will be located on the lower ground floor between the Restaurant Cap Nord and staircase (see blue dot on the floor plan below). The registration will be open:

  • 16 November: 7:00 – 18:00
  • 17 November: 7:00 – 14:00

Cocktail

There will be a cocktail reception from 19:00 to 20:00 on the 16th November in Thon Hotel (seminar venue)

Dinner

There will be a seated dinner from 20:00 – 22:00 on the 16th November in Thon Hotel (seminar venue)
